Expertise and reliability in complex turned parts, milled parts and assemblies – for over 40 years, Berlin-based ELLINGER CNC-Zerspanung and its 80 employees has built its reputation on these. For our customers we produce reliable individual parts, small and medium series from all machinable non-ferrous metals, steels and plastics.
Our range of services includes complete processing, using CNC machining centres, CNC turning and CNC milling. We produce high-value individual parts as well as short and moderate-sized production runs for our customers. We also produce smaller subassemblies ready for use by our customers with no further effort being required. In conventional machining we produce spare parts and single components for workshops and individuals. We then ensure both a high surface quality and burr-free finishing to our components in-house using barrel finishing.

We offer our customers the full "all-parts service".This begins with advice on production-ready design and material selection, through semi-finished product procurement, covers in-house machining, and goes right through to management of our partners in the areas of surface finishing and heat treatment.
Certification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 ensures consistent high product quality, and in accordance with that standard we use the latest measurement technology to monitor and document the turned and milled parts to our customers' requirements. As well as the highest quality standards, our customers greatly value reliability and flexibility in the event of unforeseen changes. Our customers reaffirm this quality through regularly awarding us “A-list supplier” or “Supplier of the Year” status.
