CNC Complete Machining

We, at Ellinger CNC ZERSPANUNG, very early realized the need for complete machining of component parts. The advantage here is that there is just one production step for turning and milling of rod or chuck without the need for new clamping of a work piece or the replacement of tools.

With our reliable and fully automatic process we produce turned rod parts and turned chuck parts of high standard and, therefore, very reasonable for our customers in small and medium-sized series of all machinable non ferrous metals, steels und plastics
